Overview
MindfulMe is a coaching app focused on helping people grow and improve their well-being. It is designed for young adults aged 25-35 and offers personalized coaching sessions, mindfulness tools, and an easy-to-use experience. The app helps users reach their personal goals, practice mindfulness, and balance their work and life. Using MindfulMe is simple: users can sign up, set goals, find mentors, schedule sessions, and track their progress easily.
About project
This project was part of the UI and prototype design course, where we were given the task of creating a user-focused coaching app. MindfulMe was developed to offer help in areas like career growth, health, and personal development.
Key features of the app include:
Personalized Coaching: Coaching tailored to each user’s goals.
Session Calendar: Easy scheduling and tracking of coaching sessions.
Goal Tracking: Helping users keep track of their progress.
Mindfulness Tools: Exercises and tools to support mental well-being.
The app was created based on detailed research, including interviews that helped shape its features. I created user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma to make sure the app was designed with users in mind. The visual design was kept simple, using calming colors and easy-to-read fonts to make the app more enjoyable.
My role
In this project, I led user research, interviewing people to learn about their needs and preferences. Designed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, focusing on making the app easy to use. Developed the app’s visual style, choosing colors and fonts to create a calming, engaging design.
Managed user testing, gathering feedback and making improvements to the app. Kept the project on track by organizing time and resources effectively.
This project gave me valuable experience in user-centered design and improved my skills in UI design, research, and creating prototypes.
