Overview
Jojjo.se is a digital platform designed to help teachers integrate arts and culture into their teaching. Despite its valuable mission, the platform faced challenges with user adoption and engagement. Through comprehensive UX research, we uncovered key barriers and opportunities to improve the platform’s effectiveness and user experience.
About project
Many teachers faced challenges when integrating arts and culture into their lessons. They were often unaware of the platform, had limited time, and needed both support and concrete examples to use it effectively. Additionally, the platform itself needed improvements—it had to be more user-friendly and offer better resources tailored to teachers’ needs.
To address these issues, we conducted research to gain a deeper understanding of what teachers required. We surveyed 208 teachers and held in-depth conversations with 8 of them. These insights helped us identify key areas for improvement and refine the platform to better support educators.
As a result, we gained a clearer picture of teachers’ needs, compiled a list of necessary changes, and developed a structured plan to enhance the platform. We then presented our findings and recommendations to the client and key stakeholders, ensuring they had a concrete roadmap for aligning the platform with teachers’ expectations and making it a more effective tool in the classroom.
